1.Development and Permissions: All necessary permissions and developments will be completed by the end of the scheme period.
2.Payment Terms: Full payment must be made on or before 30 days from the date of plot/site booking.
3.Non-Payment Policy: If a member discontinues payment for 3 consecutive months, their account will be frozen, and the plot/site allotment will be automatically canceled.
4.Account Revival: The revival of the account for re-allotment of the plot/site will be subject to plot/site availability and the payment of all arrears, with interest charged at 24% per annum.
5.Transfer Policy: The plot/site can only be transferred by paying a fee of Rs. 10,000 for 147 Sq. Yards.
6.Refund Policy: No refund will be provided for part-sale consideration of Rs. 50,000 or below. Cancellation charges of 50% on payments above Rs. 50,000 will be deducted towards development charges (land, marketing & administration).
7.Price Adjustment: Samavarthiavenues reserves the right to increase the price of the plot/site in the scheme before the enrolment of a member. A minimum interest of 24% per annum will also be charged for late or delayed payments.
8.Re-allotment Policy: In case of unavoidable circumstances, Samavarthiavenues reserves the right to re-allot the plot/site with the same specifications at another location, in case the layout plan needs to be altered.
9.Application Rejection: Samavarthiavenues reserves the right to accept or reject any application and cancel the membership and plot/site allotment without assigning any reasons or prior notice. The company also reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions as needed.
10.Force Majeure: Samavarthiavenues will not be responsible or liable for any loss or delay caused by acts of nature, government legislation, or any other unforeseen circumstances beyond its control.
11.Data Collection and Consent: To access and use the features of the service, you acknowledge and agree that you will provide your mobile number, email ID, and agent ID.
12.Consent for Communication: By proceeding, you expressly consent to Samavarthiavenues accessing your mobile number, email ID, and agent ID for communication purposes, including promotional SMS and emails.
